The Green Man is a traditional village pub which simply oozes charm. It is a champion of real ale and has featured in Camra’s Good Food Guide for many years. Set in the heart of the oldest part of the pretty village of Long Itchington. The pub was an old farmhouse dating back to the 1690’s & many of the original features can still be seen.
The area around Long Itchington is excellent for walkers and cyclists with many good routes in the area including The Grand Union Canal and a disused railway line. We have six pubs in the village all selling good quality real ales.
The legendary fish and chip van stops at the front of the pub every Friday at approximately 7.30pm (we do allow him the odd holiday) you are welcome to eat your fish and chips outside on the pubs benches or inside if you so wish.
A well-stocked Co-op shop and post office is only 125 metres away opening times 7.00am until 10.00pm seven days a week.
Site Fee:£28.00 for the weekend.
